Sequins is a boutique software studio specialising in unusual music software started by Lex Christopherson, also known as TÂCHES—a prolific producer with 73M+ streams and fourteen+ years experience in the electronic music industry.

I never expected to become a software developer but two years ago I accidentally fell into programming. I quickly realized that coding scratches the same itch that producing music does. Both allow you to take the strange ideas that exist somewhere between your head and your heart and make them real so you can share them with the world. Needless to say, the obsession stuck.

Creativity, for me, has always been about building systems that grant me freedom to explore. I've always been a tinkerer, designing, refining and optimizing obsessively–whether it's been music, food or gardening. Code is the latest (and possibly greatest) way I get to do this. I started Sequins to build tools that break us free from our habits and help us to explore creating music in new and unexpected ways. I hope you find something here that sparks your creativity.
